You upload study material. StudyWorld reads it, works out what it covers, and writes practice questions from it. It keeps track of what you find hard and keeps bringing that back.

The questions are generated by AI from your own material. They are usually good and they are sometimes wrong. StudyWorld is practice, not a guarantee of a grade, and it is not a substitute for the material itself or for your teacher.

Uploading something gives us no claim to it. You keep whatever rights you had, and we use it only to build your practice and show it back to you.

Only upload material you are allowed to. A textbook chapter for your own study is normally fine; republishing somebody else's work is not, and that is between you and them.

One account per person, and keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account counts as done by you.

If you are under the age at which you can agree to a service like this yourself, a parent or guardian has to agree before you can use StudyWorld. That is not our rule: the law sets that age at thirteen in Belgium and sixteen in the Netherlands. For other countries we use sixteen.

Every new account gets 3 days of everything in StudyWorld Unlimited for free, without payment details. Nothing is charged when those 3 days end. After that, everything you made stays available and you can keep practising it. Making something new, such as uploading, summaries, new questions, exam analyses, podcasts and the AI tutor, requires StudyWorld Unlimited.

StudyWorld Unlimited costs €14.99 a month or €119 a year, VAT included. A monthly subscription renews every month and a yearly one every year, until you cancel. You pay with Bancontact, iDEAL, card or PayPal; payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal.

In the Android app you choose how to pay when you subscribe: through Google Play, or through Stripe. If you pay through Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply, and you cancel in Google Play (Subscriptions); the price there may be shown in your own currency.

In StudyWorld Unlimited, uploads, summaries, new questions and the AI tutor are unlimited, and you get 20 exam analyses a month. That is meant for one learner's studying. For use far beyond that, such as an account shared by several people or automated traffic, we may slow things down for a while. You will see a message on screen when that happens.

Cancel whenever you like, from your settings (or in Google Play, if you pay there). Nothing more is charged after that, and you keep Unlimited until the end of the month or year you already paid for. Nothing is deleted: your subjects, study sets, questions and progress all stay, and you can keep practising them.

A monthly subscription can also be paused for one or two months. Nothing is charged during the pause and you can keep practising what you have; afterwards the subscription carries on by itself, or sooner if you resume it.

If a payment fails, it is retried for a few days before anything changes, and we tell you when that happens.

If somebody uses StudyWorld to attack the service, uploads material they have no right to after being asked to stop, or works around the free trial or fair use with several accounts.

We would tell you first and give you a chance to get your material out, unless the account is being used to harm the service itself.

StudyWorld is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never generate a wrong question.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we change them in a way that matters, you will be told before the change applies.
